Heating Elements
We supply a range of Pressure Sustaining/Retaining Valves and Pressure Relief Valves along with standard pipe valves.
The first illustration shows a typical ceramic heating element.
These are manufactured using ceramic “bobbins” or segments which, when assembled can form a core of varying length.
The segments are shaped to allow a resistance wire to pass through and be terminated at one end of the element, called the terminal block. This is normally made of a different and stronger material than the segments. Resistance is calculated to produce a specified heat output with respect to the fluid being heated.

Spares & Parts. We manufacture and supply spare heating elements of all types for our equipment. Typically these are removable core type but we also supply rod type elements for those heaters which have removable items fitted.

Thermostats
We provide a range of spare thermostats for our products and those of others, comprising standard rod type, capillary type, thermocouple and PT100 types
Control Panels
Providing the link between our heater equipment and your power supply to whatever specification you require built in-house.
Thermometers
We supply standard mechanical Thermometers with a temperature range applicable to the process involved.
Pressure Gauges
We supply Pressure Gauges with a pressure range appropriate to the process involved.
Pumps and Pump Spares
We provide a range of pump equipment, either fully built up on a skid or spare parts to suit a number of different manufacturers equipment such as Albany, CAT and MONO
Valves
We supply a range of standard Pipework Valves, Pressure Sustaining (Zwicky/Velan) and Pressure Relief Valves in Gunmetal or Stainless Steel, to suit the application.
Heating Elements
We can supply a rod type alternative to the ceramic type element, typically used in situations where space is at a premium or the working fluid is more suited to the type.
The primary advantage of the rod type is the capacity to bend into a shape suitable for the process, as can be seen from older style cooking hob appliances using circular shapes.
Thermometers
We normally provide thermometers with our outflow and in-line heaters as standard. A typical version is shown below, we offer this and other styles whether remote, digital, capillary, versions with dial contacts, Stainless Steel, ATEX, on request.

Thermostats
Thermostats are an integral part of nearly every form of heating equipment, whether industrial or domestic.
Industrial thermostats must be reliable and robust over far greater operational ranges, environmental conditions, and usually be easily replaceable, all at a reasonable cost. Mechanical designs still commonly in use today are proven over decades and there is no sign of these instruments becoming obsolete.
Electronic thermostats are usually a combination of a simple controller and either PT100 or RTD sensor.
